Ballet Barre (age 18+)

Refine technique, grace, and overall dance abilities through a blend of ballet and fitness. Push limits, build strength, and improve flexibility. Monday - 7:00 - 7:30 pm

Ballet Across The Floor (age 18+)

Discover the elegance and discipline of ballet with our Adult Ballet Barre class. Designed for all skill levels, this class combines classical ballet techniques with a full-body workout. You'll improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and posture through a series of center floor exercises, floor work, and stretches. Whether you're a beginner or have previous ballet experience, our supportive and professional instructors will guide you every step of the way. Join us to experience the grace of ballet and the joy of movement.

Monday - 7:30 - 8:00 PM

Adult Cardio (age 18+)

This class is sure to get your heart rate up. This 30-minute high-intensity cardio workout is designed to get your heart rate up, all while doing bodyweight movements. This is the perfect way to clear brain fog, strengthen your heart, and boost your mood.

Monday - 6:30 - 7:00 PM

Adult stretch and strength (age 18+)

This class has many benefits with low impact to your body. Stretching will help prevent injuries, increase blood flow, and help with relaxation and stress relief. This class includes a warmup, targeted stretching, and a cooldown.
